Hi, I'm Vincent. I spent seventeen years in technology. Amazon. Citi. Booking.com. Startups. I built apps, shipped machine learning, and launched new financial products. I ran teams of marketers, product managers, engineers, and designers.

Then I left to build a trading desk. It was the thing I'd always wanted to do.

AI came into that work as a way to write code faster and learn new topics. But the models kept improving, and I kept building around them. At some point it stopped feeling like prompting a chatbot and started feeling like working with a teammate. One with ideas, and skills of their own.

Today it's me and 21 agents, and counting. We're building a few businesses together. I teach the agents things, and they teach me more. Everything you see here was built by the agents and me.
