This site explains who marrowby is and what we do: we design, build, and run custom AI agents for businesses. Everything here is information, not an offer, a promise, or professional advice. Reaching out through our contact form doesn't create a client relationship. That begins only when we both sign a services agreement.

Using the site

Please use marrowby.ai for its intended purpose. Don't:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights while using the site,
• try to hack, overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to it,
• copy, scrape, or reuse our content without permission (see below), or
• misuse the contact form: no spam, impersonation, or abusive content.

Our content

The text, design, graphics, logos, and the "marrowby" name on this site belong to us or our licensors. You're welcome to view and share the site, but you can't copy, republish, or use our content commercially without our written permission. Our open-source software is separate. It's released under its own license, and these terms don't cover it.

The message you send us

When you contact us by email or through our contact form, please don't include confidential or sensitive information. We can't treat it as confidential until we have an agreement in place. You keep ownership of what you send. You're just giving us permission to read it and reply. Don't send anything you don't have the right to share.

No guarantees

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is." We don't guarantee it will always be correct, complete, or uninterrupted, and we're not responsible for decisions you make based on it. Any results from working with marrowby depend on your business, your effort, and factors outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, marrowby will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited under the law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the date above, and continuing to use the site means you accept the update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the site or these terms will be handled by the state or federal courts located in California.
