marrowby ("we," "us," "our") designs, builds, and runs custom AI agents for businesses. This policy explains how we handle your information on marrowby.ai. It covers this website only. Any separate agreement you sign with us for our services is governed by that agreement, not by this policy.
Short version: we collect almost nothing. The site uses privacy-friendly, anonymous analytics, and we get your personal details only if you choose to contact us. No accounts, no tracking cookies, nothing sold, ever.
What we collect
- Anonymous usage data. We use Cloudflare's privacy-friendly Web Analytics to see how the site is used, such as which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from. It is cookieless and anonymized: it does not identify you and does not track you across other sites.
- What you send us by email. If you email hi@marrowby.ai, we will have your email address and whatever you choose to write.
- What you send through our contact form. Your name, email address, and message. The form keeps nothing itself: no database, no logs. It delivers your message to our inbox through an email delivery service, which retains a copy for a short period as part of providing delivery. After that, the copy in our email inbox is the one we keep, and we handle it exactly as described in "When you contact us" below.
That's it. There are no accounts to create, and we don't ask for anything sensitive.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or tracking code. Our analytics are cookieless. Our host, Cloudflare, may set a strictly-necessary security cookie to keep the site safe and available.
When you contact us
We use your message and contact details for one thing: to read it and reply. Your message lives in our email provider's inbox, and we keep it in our ordinary business records. We don't sell or rent your information, ever, and we don't use it to advertise to you.
Your choices and rights
- See, correct, or delete what you've sent us. Email hi@marrowby.ai and we'll take care of it.
- California residents (under the CCPA/CPRA) and people in the EU or UK (under the GDPR) can ask to access or delete their data and object to certain uses. We honor these requests for everyone, wherever you live. We don't sell or "share" personal information as those laws define it.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages for as long as we need them to respond and for our ordinary business records, then delete them when they're no longer needed. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
Changes
If our data practices change, we'll update this policy before the change takes effect. We'll change the date above and post the new version here.
